ROAD CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

 Construction for the Kendrick Avenue Water Line Improvement Project necessitates roadway closures for both Kendrick Avenue and Jefferson Street periodically from July 16th through May 20, 2019. All road closures will occur between 8 am and 5 pm to through traffic. However, residents will still be allowed access to these roads.

RANDALL WOBBE LANE SEWER ANNOUNCEMENT

                 In an effort to improve service, Springdale Water Utilities will be performing sanitary sewer system improvements to the Randall Wobbe Lane area, which will also include work in neighboring areas and backyards.

Seven Valleys Construction Company has been contracted to perform the sanitary sewer extension work. Construction is expected to begin the first week of October; as such, there will be construction work and vehicles in and around the area.

UTILITY WORK AND ROAD CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

Construction for sanitary sewer improvements necessitates a roadway closure for N. Shiloh Street on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019.  Road closure will occur between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. to through traffic.  However, residents and emergency vehicles will still be allowed access to these roads.

In an effort to improve service, Springdale Water Utilities will be performing sanitary sewer system improvements in the N. Shiloh Street area.  Seven Valleys Construction Company has been contracted to perform the sanitary sewer rehabilitation work.  Construction is expected to begin the fourth week of January; as such, there will be some construction work or vehicles in and around the area.  All property will be restored to its original state, to the best of our ability, once the construction is completed.
